This kit comes with a fully enclosed airbox that protects the filter from dirt and keeps out engine heat. For better performance and to protect your engine this kit comes with a massive, highly-efficient air filter. The large diameter intake tube was designed to minimize restriction. The tube is positioned in one clean line with minimum obstructions from the throttle body to the airbox. This means more cool air and better performance.

Available in either 8-layer Cotton Cleanable or Dry Extendable media 

Cleanable is great for people that are running their trucks in the city and highways and tend to stay off dusty roads. They last the longest and are cleanable with the S&B Cleaning Kit. If you tend to keep your truck on the pavement, this is the filter for you.

Dry Filters are meant for trucks that typically are used in dusty environments. The dry filters are not cleanable, just dispose of the filter when you're done with it. If you tend to spend most of your time in the bush, working, and cruising logging roads this filter is for you.
