The 411108 / 412117 by Mel's Manufacturing is a 4" Turbo-Back Exhaust System for the 1994-2002 5.9L Cummins. It allows you to drop out your restrictive OE exhaust system and replace it with a high-flow exhaust with a performance muffler. Just like all of Mel's Manufacturings Exhaust kits, it will come with all the required clamps, pre-weld contour bent hangers, and stronger flanges to help you sail through the installation process. This kit not only sounds great but will improve mileage, increase torque, and lower EGT's in your 5.9L.
